Default iPad Pro 9.7" VS. iPad Air 2 ?

Is there a compelling technical reason that Pro Tools | Control would run better on the newer iPad? Specs are pretty similar on the Apple website. For the purposes of Pro Tools, everything is the same except the A9 vs A8 processor.

Firsthand experiences? Thoughts?

Thanks!

You won't see any difference. The app doesn't need much processing power. It even works great with the old iPad 2. Just be sure to have a high bandwidth and stable wifi connection. If not, the app will be sluggish.
