Default Charged twice - cannot change the order QTY in the marketplace

Payment is done twice - only 1 Purchase order - no support -no refund
What to do? No trust to buy more form the marketplace...

It is 2 times sold to me... I cannot change the order QTY in the marketplace.

The support is very slow. I wait for days to receive only more questions no answers. Still not have the QTY adjusted and refund for 1 order... I DID ORDER ONLY 1 - got confirmed that there is only 1 PO. WHY DID THEY sell met 2....
