Can't import audio into Pro Tools 11

Hi,

I'm currently using Pro Tools 11.3.1 and I can only import audio once. If I try again it doesn't bring up the audio import window after I click done.

To fix this I have to restart Pro Tools but this means I can only import once in a session before I have to restart Pro Tools.

I'm using a Macbook Pro 15" Mid 2014. Yosemite 10.10.2

I have the same problem on Pro Tools 12.0.0
(Yosemite 10.10.2, iMac Late 2013)

Any help would be appreciated

You might want to update PT.

Also this would have gotten better traction if you'd have posted a new thread over in the PT12 subforum instead of camping on a thread for a different version of PT then you have.

You don't have an update past PT12.0.0 in your Avid user account? That's what I'm talking about. I don't think you're going to find too many people here on the initial release.
Where are you trying to import from - an external drive and if so is that drive formatted to work on a Mac? I imagine you're trying to use the import audio command. Try dragging and dropping the file into a PT session and see if that works.
