Pro Tools 9/10 Grayed out
PLease HElp! I am having same problem.
Pro Tools 9/10 bundle grayed out and cannot open Pro Tools 10 or 11. What do I do?!!

Can you explain what you have done so far? Did you upgrade to PT11? Did you put your PT11 license on your iLok or is it just in your account?
Are you using an iLok v2? Have you tried the suggested sync operation? https://www.ilok.com/knownissues.html
