Static on Random Channels of 192
Hello. I just bought a new 192 with extra output card and have random static on outputs 9-16. I did the general troubleshooting and trashed preferences but now it is only on channels 10,12,13,15,16. I have reseated all the cards and cables but it is still there. I am running a MacPro 8 core with an HD3 and 8 gig RAM. The 192 is the only thing hooked up to the computer also with no in's, just the output hooked up. Even if I unhook the output cable I still see the static on the meters. Could it possibly be static from the carpet because it was on it for a little while. Anyone else have or had this problem? Thanks

Yes. Other people have had this problem. There have been about 12 threads in as many weeks about this. Call Digi. Have them send you a new card.
