return no-cost upgrade

recently on date 23/jan/12 I bought an upgrade from MP7 to MP8, the I received an automatic mail tthat offered me a NO-Cost Upgrade to MP9 that I had choose.

How is possible to return the No-Cost upgrade and receive tha Iok authorization for MP8?

I bought a MPTK2 and I want to use it with MP8. I don't tink that is compatible with MP9.
