Protools 8 Menu Problem
Hey guys... just ran into a nasty... bug? In the session setup window below the Time Code Settings text, the options for Generate using SYNC and Generate using MTC aren't shown. If I rapidly click the arrow to open/close the time code settings options i can briefly see the missing options appear, but can't change them. This is happening on two different rigs... one running 10.5.5 on an intel machine and one running 10.5.1 (oops) on an G5... trashed all prefs and tried enabling/disabling the sync peripheral.
anyone else? thanks

These choices were removed from session setup window and placed in the transport window. Click on transport window's triangle on upper right corner and choose to view "Syncronization".

ah excellent! i was setting up for a session in panic mode! although, to be fair, they aren't TOTALLY removed....

This also happens on Windows platform too. Must be a glitch in the programming of the GUI disabling the options.
