Default ASC frustration - Transfer Of Ownership

Hey Avid,

I have purchased an ASC for the $39.95 from the Avid store, as per the instructions on the Transfer Of Ownership form... but it is appearing as 1 support phone call in my Avid account. Entering the number into the ASC page and hitting submit does absolutely nothing. The page doesn't update or change at all, and as such I cannot even start the transfer of ownership.

What am I doing wrong?

How long has it been? It can take a few days to complete.

That ASC should provide support via phone or web, so I'll look into why that's not working. In the mean time I'll start a case for you to get things back on track.

Thanks Jeffro! I've never used the ASC portal before, so this may well be my error. I did experience some odd email replies when entering my email address into the 'Retrieve ASC Details' in the 'Use Your ASC' link. From here do I just wait for someone at Avid to contact me regarding the transfer of ownership form? Or do I need to take some kind of action to get the ball rolling?

I started a case so that's in the queue and you should get a reply soon. If you have the form completed you can sign in to http://my.avid.com then click Access The Support Center > Cases, click on your case and attach the file at the bottom.
