Issue With Structure 2.0

It seems that Structure 2.0 causes issues when you close a Pro Tools. I've tested this out several ways and it seems that with any session that has Structure 2.0 installed, when you got to exit PT, PT will hang up and you get the little blue wheel of death. The only way I can shut it down is through the task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL). I loaded all the AIR 2.0 instruments into a session EXCEPT Structure and PT closed down just fine. Added Structure - and wham - shut down error.

I set up a session with just 1 inst track with Structure...same thing...won't shut down. With any other VI AIR or other, its fine.

My conclusion is that Structure is causing the issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue since upgrading to PTIEP 2.0 or Structure 2.0? If so, it might just be Structure causing the hangup.

I'm on Win-7 Pro. Don't know if Mac users have the same issue.

I'll contact AIR and see if there's a fix or they know.

I'm on Mac (see details below) and I'm using Structure2 in every session.
Got no problem with closing PT-sessions. So it might me a PC only problem ?

I had some similar and also different issues with structure. I contacted tech support and via screen share they helped out.

basically look in HD-library- preferences-airmusictechstructure.plist (not the actual name - see below)

the name of the actual preference file had "air" in it and there would be one for the old structure without air in the name...

But anyway see if you can locate those and trash those preference files.

Also, I removed the old .dpm files (put in plug ins unused contained in the old digidesign plug in folder not the new avid one for the aax's) and remove any old aax version (if there was one, can't remember)

Actually, the problem seemed to go away with the update to PT 11.1 At least, its not been an issue at all since I upgraded a little over a week ago. Seems to all be fine now.
