Default akmedia.digidesign.com not found

When I try to install, I get the following missing URL

Firefox can't find the server at akmedia.digidesign.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com

I seem to recall some odd Comcast problem with this DNS?

UPDATE: in another thread, adding the following DNS Servers will resolve the issue

Joe Barresi & Tony Shepperd Master Series
