A couple of useful extra features there. Got very excited at the prospect of plugin drag and drop, but it means re-ordering in the mixer inserts, not as I hoped the ability to prioritise plugins in the menu hierarchy. Ah well.

PT Studio 2023.9, 2019 iMac Intel.

- PT opens/loads quite a bit faster than 2023.6.
- 20 minutes of checking things out with a few projects - no issues, running smooth.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Are you referring to "Upgrades" which can allow you to purchase a Pro Tools Ultimate using your Pro Tools Studio license as an upgrade path?

OMG. Just the channel width options in a sub-menu in the plugins menu is worth the whole thing. Drag and drop plugins is great too. ;-D

how much to upgrade from perpetual pro tools 11 bundle to perpetual, Studio?

any discount for existing PT Studio subscribers who have been on yearly subscriptions paying $299/year, ??
or they get no respect and pay full price $599, as others who haven't spent a dime with Avid?
