Unable to locate hardware
Hi everyone!
I have tried for the last couple of days to start Pro Tools Express but the message "Unable to locate hardware" keeps popping up and everything is connected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Pro Tools Express, tried different USB cables and it still doesn't work even though the Mbox is on and the cables are good. I'm working on a MacBook Air OS X 10.8.5 Processor: 1.3 Ghz Intel Core i5 Memory: 4 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 Pro Tools Express Version 10.3.4 Mbox Mini Hope someone can help me Thanks in advance |

Re: Unable to locate hardware
What version of the Mbox driver are you using? You should use the 1.1.3 driver available here:http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...x-Mini-Drivers (note the newest is ONLY for OSX Mavericks 10.9).
