Default Unable to locate hardware

Hi everyone!

I have tried for the last couple of days to start Pro Tools Express but the message "Unable to locate hardware" keeps popping up and everything is connected.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Pro Tools Express, tried different USB cables and it still doesn't work even though the Mbox is on and the cables are good.

I'm working on a MacBook Air OS X 10.8.5

Processor: 1.3 Ghz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3

Pro Tools Express Version 10.3.4

Mbox Mini

Hope someone can help me

Thanks in advance

What version of the Mbox driver are you using? You should use the 1.1.3 driver available here:http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...x-Mini-Drivers (note the newest is ONLY for OSX Mavericks 10.9).
