Default Best way to send tracks to Garage Band?

I am collaborating with someone who uses Garage band. What's a good way to send my Pro-tools tracks to her so she can add in her voice and send it back to me.

I see lots of good stuff on how to bring in a Garage Band project, but I want to go back and forth.
