I think folks have tended to shy away from Vista. However, I use Melodyne Plugin Bridge and Studio with PT 7.4 on an XP machine with no problems. If that is any help.

I'm using Vista Business SP1 with PT 7.4cs3 and Melodyne Studio 3.12. PT Works great, no crashes or anything. I use Melodyne as a plugin via the MelodyneBridge. And sometimes it crashes when opening. But after a couple of tries, no problems anymore during the session.

Sorry for being somwhat off topic
Aderivas,
Could you explain what the MelodyneBridge is? I there any benefit in using Melodyne as a plugin as opposed to standalone/synced?

Melodyne Studio/Cre8 has two modes to work in Pro Tools, either as a Rewire app or with the MelodyneBridge, pretty much like a RTAS plugin. Any of those 2 modes syncs Melodyne to Pro Tools.
Now, working in standalone mode can also be achieved, but of course you'd be working with offline files and having to export/import the wav files from Pro Tools. I donn't see any advantagae from doing this, other than having a computer that is maxed on the processor during the PT session, therefore running Melodyne as a plug is not possible.
