I am a bit surprised that this question isn't being answered let alone acknowledged. Windows 10 has been out for a while now. Every time I update a driver, PT12 acts a bit quirky. It would be nice to know when PT12 will get the official OK to run on Win10.

You simply select the area to punch, turn on pre/post roll (option click in the timeline to do so) and hit the 3 key. Takes approx 2 secs. PT will play during pre roll, record during the selection, and play during post roll. And if Quickpunch is enabled, you were actually recording the entire time and can adjust the clip boundaries after the fact. It's a brilliant system and has been in PT for decades.

anyone that knows, can't say. Show stopping bugs can be uncovered right up until the last minute to delay the best planned launches.

Doesn't look like its releasing today so annoying I want this release out now ! Shame really I'm ready to upgrade and pay the costs but not going to pay until it's released as avid could end up delaying ...they should confirm a date and realise that would be the incentive to upgrade it would be for me anyway if I knew when it was being released I would pay straight away
