MP3 Bounce problem

Hi people,I use Pro Tools M-Powered 7.3.1 with Fast Track USB.When I bounce in wav format there isn't any problems with the quality,but in mp3 the highs are smashed

I've checked the settings and everything seems to be fine /24 bit,320 kbps/.Is there any solution of the problem ? Did you have problem like this before ?
