The Link itself works fine but the archive is corrupted, both on my products and avid download center, it's the same file.

Try to unpack it and you'll see.

Avid Link works fine because I don't think it uses a .zip archive as a source or maybe a different one then. I'm not using Avid Link anymore though ever since Lofi was missing when I installed Pro Tools through it and some other stock plugins.

For me Windows 11 reports the zip file as empty or some other problem that it can't unzip/show contents.

FWIW the files Pro_Tools_2023.12.1_Win.zip downloaded from My Products or the Download Center are identical. And the size and MD5 hash match what is reported on Download Center (e.g. verified with certutil).

Mac does unzip the files OK (so you could unzip there and move the folder over to Windows if you have a Mac). Windows zip can be a bit fussy, but these are old Zip 2 compatible files, so at least on the surface nothing close to exotic.

So not sure why some others don't see problems, maybe they are using third party zip utilities, but glad Charles has Avid folks looking at it.

I thought Avid Link uses the zip files... and maybe it has an internal unzip different from Windows, but I don't know and I ain't installing that bloatware to check. :-O

What are the chances that they might zip the Windows Installer in Mac OS ��

It's not empty for me but when I try to unpack it I get straight a hard-error.

I remember returning to Pro Tools when Avid Link became a thing so I installed Pro Tools with it and couldn't make sense as to why Lofi and other stock plugins were missing and in the end people had a similar experience and told me to avoid Avid Link to install Pro Tools. At first I thought the plugins come now with a separate installer because they aren't included anymore but nope it was Avid Link.
