Default Moving MIDI Notes

I know that you can Nudge notes forward and back in time with the "+""-" keys, but is it possible to move them up and down to change the Note? I'd like to be able to select, say all the Snare Hits and be able to hit a key to move the notes up or down! I've tried many Key Combinations But nothing moves them up and down Just left and right!!!!!

ProTools 5.1 maybe????

Thanks

-There is no keyboard equivalent that allows you to perform this operation.

-However, if you select the notes you want to move, hold the Shift Key and click on the note(s) with the Grabber tool, you can move them up and down without changing their location in the session.

-You can also use the MIDI>Select Notes window to make a selection of all the snare hits and then use MIDI>Transpose to move them to a different note.

Thre is definitely a chance that this feature will be added to 5.1. Unfortunately, I have no idea.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
