Double Install Pro Tools?
I'm wondering if anybody has installed ProTools on a machine in both OS9 & OSX?
I'm currently running PTLE 5.3.1 in OS9--which is my main working environment--but sometimes I have to switch to X and would like to be able to run PT without going back. I attempted an install of 6.0 in OSX, however it would not let me select the install drive (I wanted to install it to a separate partition in case anything went haywire). So it seems that I have to install to the boot drive. Is what I want to do possible? Has anyone done it with success (or failed miserably?) Please let me know. thanks, Dave |

Re: Double Install Pro Tools?
Might want to post this in the Mac Thread - this is Windows territory.

Aw, you shouldn't have told him. I was about to have some fun.
