Is it me, or have anyone been noticing the teaser pics that is on the Venue Facebook page?

They're not teasing now. They've announced the new product, which is the S3L system, a modular, portable, HDX powered venue system, including a new Eucon control surface:

I agree. I was expecting to see this big supersized monolithic Console, but they didn't do that. This is something sleek. To really think about it, the Venue was mostly a controller anyway for what was at your fingertips, since you had the FOH and Stage Rack doing the majority of the A/D D/A, so this is nice and sleek!

Mmm a C|24 replacement based on this design/look (with no preamps) would be interesting. Nicer form factor etc.

Damn it really looks nice. Kudos to the ID team. 24 faders would be nice but even these 16 would do. Just needs a transport section since I really dislike the funky current Artist series transport controller. Taller meters might be nice. But anybody want to send me one I'll happily take it.

Yup! Wonder if you can use the Artist Transport with it. It is EuCon so I hope you can expand like it too!
