Default How to move a frame at a time?

Hi,

I am trying to do very fine editing that requires frame accuracy with the scrub wheel. But, I can't seem to find a way to scrub one frame at a time. I am using a procontrol. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ozzie

First off .....when doing post ..

set the grid to 1 frame to do all of the edits
( keeps it tight for picture)

now .....not sure on the wheel , but you can assign the nudge to 1 frame...
( Plus and Minus keys)

Thats what I do.
