Is digi's presales supp. really exist?

Waiting for a simple answer for 3 weeks now. I guess they are volunteers or whatever.
Sorry, but I hate this. Delete the email address from the webpage, so stupid customers don't try to get answers.

Once in a while an email may slip through the cracks. Have you sent more than one request?

I'm having them check now and will reply as soon as they locate your email. Is the reply email address the one in your profile?

They even contacted me, to ask more information. I have sent the info, but no answer since then.
I contacted Digidesign Central Europe([email protected], than Florian [email protected]). After a few days they asked a question which I have answered immediately. That was three weeks ago.
My question was about the digi003 crossgrade offer. The problem is that they didn't know whether I should or not give the dongle with the software, I told them I have more softwares licenses on the same dongle. They said they can only answer if I tell them what other software licence I've got on that dongle. I answered, even attached a screenshot of the license control centre. Still no answer, but the offer only valid for one more month if I know it well. But if they are not responding for 2-3-4 weeks, I will loose the opportunity to get the crossgrade.

my expirence was with a hardware exchange and I kept the dongle. I'm not sure if that applies in your case.

I don't want to call them, because from Hungary it would be very expensive phone call. I really cannot understand what's going on there. Even the hungarian distributor waits for the answer. I hate this kind of attitude.

Today I've got a mail from Florian Fraas, that says he still doesn't know the answer, and he's waiting too. I realize that this is not his fault, but come on digidesign, what is it? Simple question with a proper example from USA that dongle should stay with me. Why is it so complicated?
Really I heard people bashing steinberg's support. They might not met digi's one.

Remelem hogy minden rendbe fog jonni.
En ugy gondolom ( a Digi website szerint) hogy csak a hardware es az original install disk kell nekik.
Mit akarsz becserelni ?
Ha mas authorization is van azon a kulcson..nekik semmi kozuk nem lehet ahhoz!
A telefonalas szerintem is a legjobb ut.
