Pro Tools LE Startup Error

When I start up Pro Tools, I get this error message:

The application "Pro Tools LE 6.9" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "3<Pro Tools PPC dbg><DAE><DSI><DsiWriteHostRegister>"

I have heard of people getting this error message when trying to use Pro Tools over a network. I am connected to a residence network, however this only gives me internet access and no real network capabilities.

Immediate help would be appreciated!
