Post about DR008

OK, I got the DR008 up and running!
It seems to work fine on my Windows ME system. But how do I get midi-signals into it?
It doesn't automatically create a midi-port, like Sampletank does for instance ..

Any help is appreciated!

it dosen't create a midi port? It does in xp

It does create a MIDI port, but only once you load it in. When it's loaded and active, you'll see it as a destination for any MIDI tracks you have in PT.

You can send live MIDI to it (from a keyboard, V-Drums etc.) by selecting a MIDI track that's routed to it and record-enabling said MIDI track.
