Default Is anyone else having trouble getting into their Avid account?
I have an Avid master account... My log-in fails. When I attempt to reset my password, I am told there is no record of my email address. This means I can't download any of the products I have registered (many). Thank god my iLok account still works.

Is anyone else having trouble with this?

The web group is doing some maintenance today. There are some access issues currently, but they should be temporary while the site is updated.

Okay, that explains it. Is there any way for you to provide a link to the PTCC for Pro Tools 11?

Default is the Avid Store down?
My new Avid hardware has arrived: HDX,OMNI, Sync HD to upgrade my HD3 rig.
I am unable to log in to the avid store or my account at the moment - can anyone confirm that the Avid Store is wonky tonight?

Yes, there's some issue preventing account access currently. What specific files are you looking for?

Default Avid Master Account
What's the deal with the Avid Master Account? I can't log in with my old account and I can't create an Avid Master Account because the "Country" drop down box doesn't work.

ditto here. can't log on. was just logged on yesterday downloading software, but can't register the hardware today.
