The way I'm working around this, is by hard wiring all my outboard gear into my patchbay and then with a send out from PT into my outboard gear, and then re-recording that signal into PT. If I want to record live with outboard stuff I just route my mic outs to the outboard and then into PT.
I know of no other way, but I may just be lazy to find out. |

2. If you have a patch bay, just hook the outboard gear to that, and then you can physically patch them in. |
