M-AUDIO|Fast Track C400 and Pro Tools SE TROUBLESHOOTING HELP!!!

i am setting my c400 fast track interface up to my hp pavilion g series laptop and keep having problems setting up pro tools se it always asks me to turn on the driver hardware i went to avid and downloaded the latest driver updates and still no change, i uninstalled both software for interface and pro tools and didnt have interface plugged in at all and errors still occur if anybody can help me you will be a life saver i just want to Record!!! my interface, when i try to hook it upto my laptop it says all the time that the system administrator wont let me install it basically ive been working on this for two days and came up with nothing please help
