Tired of the problems
I've been working on a song today that my daughter and I recorded.
I'm SO tired of the lockups, the reboots, the plugins that won't load, the frozen screens with noise coming out of the speakers, the restarts. I'm using a fairly new machine from a well known company. I won't post a Sandra report because all it is a tool to let you tell me what's wrong with my system. While the problem is with YOU. This software sucks. If this is the industry standard for recording music, we're in pretty sad shape, or the people using it at a professional level are idiots with a lot a time on their hands for restarts and problem solving. What reason is there for me NOT to delete Pro tools from the machine and head over to the Reaper site like many others are doing? No ADC problems, no limited tracks, and I'm sure much less lock ups. You're indifference and your silence is baffling. What a shame to to sit back and watch a company with once such a good product go down the tubes, while ONE man is attracting so many of your users. There's only one logical reason why you don't fix these problems and save yourself from sinking. YOU CAN'T. Otherwise anybody alive on the face of the planet that owned this company would. Why don't you do something? Or at least speak. Corporate idiots. The world is changing. Wake up.

The industry standard is Pro Tools HD.
LE is a different beast altogether.
