Nobody worked this out or got an answer from AVID? I'm on PT 2019.12. None of the backups work either.

This worked out for me:
In Edit Window select the clips, where you think the invalid fades are. (in my case the whole edit) Set Nudge to 1 Sample Hold "Ctrl" (Mac) and press + Wait until calculated Hold "Ctrl" (Mac) and press - This action shifts audio inside clips 1 sample + and - and the fades have to be recalculated. Might not work for clips that are not trimmed in length, cause audio can not be shifted inside clip borders. Worst thing can be that audio is shifted 1 sample in one direction, but not backwards. Well, but 1 sample... |
