I'm not sure of the question...Plugin Windows can be set to open from an attention on the Master module yes.
In the upcoming release we just showed at NAB this has been greatly enhanced...not only will pan and Send windows now follow but they can be set to open from touching any knob on the surface.

We've been waiting for a log time...

Really hope that customised knob mapping plugins is in this release!
That is a feature that has been sorely missed by many since the Icon days.
