I'm actually looking for an effect that simulates the sound of a tape recorder slowing down to a stop. Any ideas for doing this in pro tools?

If you don't need the pitch to remain the same then just adjust the sample rate.

I have a tune that has all the basic tracks recorded. The tempo of this tune is at 104 bpm. Before I sing it, I'd like to slow it down to about 100 bpm. I have to stay in PT's

how exactly do i do this procedure? I see the time streching plug but, I must be doing something wrong cuz nothings happening. It just sits there laughing and mocking me! I dont like that!
