Having problems installing Pro Tools First
So I downloaded PT First from avid, and after everything seems to go well I restart system as prompted and try to start it, this is what I get:
https://imgur.com/f9yO6wv have tried uninstalling everything avid related (cloud, link, effects...) and reinstalling, deleting some hidden preference folders, installing and running as administrator, pressing N... and always get the same error. I've tried the two available versions: Pro_Tools_First_2019_5_Win_105868 and Pro_Tools_First_2019.6_Win I am on Windows 8.1, i5 processor 8gb RAM, ASIO4All installed. I have the Save log that may as well be blank as I see no useful info in there, but I am no expert so I come to you. Any ideas? thanks!

Both Pro Tools 2019.5 and 2019.6 are not qualified for Windows 8.1.
Please see the Pro Tools Operating System Compatibility Chart for more details on which versions of Windows are supported.
