Steep Breakpoint Smoothing time - how do i get this pref to stick?

Playing around with the new "Steep Breakpoint" preference (2019.10) in the Mixing tab today. Works great, but the preference seems to get blasted back to default (0) every time i open a new session. This is a bug right? Seems like it needs to be fixed so it stays where it's set across sessions.

Steep Breakpoint Smoothing time is correctly session pref, not User/Global and also should travel with the sessions created in 2019.10, but round tripping with Legacy saved sessions will result with reset unfortunately.

Thanks for posting this. I thought I was losing my mind. I'm very grateful for the feature but this seems like a strange way to implement it.
