Where is my ASC code
Hi,
Having a lot of trouble getting support. Bought an ASC code 30 min ago, got the receipt, but don't see any ASC code in it. Just an order number and a SKU. Checked in My Products in my account, don't see it there either. Anyone know where paid ASC codes show up? thanks.

Avid Support Codes should be listed in my.avid.com/products but if you don't see it there check Products Not Yet Downloaded at my.avid.com and click Activate Product.
