Win10 TP12 ,2020.12 & TP First Install but CRASH

Intalled PT12 started to crash. Error report as per pic "Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal" and "What failed AvidMBoxMini.sys. Performed all recommended Avid Windows Optimizations steps OK. Same hardware as when TP12 working. Obtained replacement iLok devise and purchased License Extension. All seems working OK.

Could not intall PT12 from my original saved .zip. Could not install PT2020.12 nor ProTools First without having system without same error crash as per pic. The SiSorftware report below follows. I can provide Error Log report if needed. Please advise how to install and use again.

It's a third generation Mbox Mini? I'll assume it is.

"Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal" and "What failed AvidMBoxMini.sys." are both telling you it's likely not a Pro Tools issue. This is the Mbox Mini device driver. Messing around with Pro Tools is likely a total waste of time.

Do you have the latest Mbox Mini driver installed?

Even if you do try uninstalling and reinstalling it from a fresh clean driver download.

Try a different USB port and USB cable.

Test with a different interface.

This interface is about 2 years beyond end of life, has not had a driver update since 2014. Now may be the time to purchase a new interface.

Mismatched ram is a show stopper. All your ram sticks need to be identical.
