GETTING MY PLUGINS BACK INTO PRO TOOLS

I had crashes on launch with my pro tools 7.1 running on Mac OSX 10.4.6 i took everything digidesign out of my computer and reinstalled pro tools and now it all works.. but my plug ins arent showing up inside pro tools.. and i checked the plug in aliases... all the dpm 1/4 inch looking things for my waves plugins etc. arent showing up... how do i make pro tools recognize them again?? any help is much apreciated! i cant work without my plugins! thank you everyone
