Is Avid reading these forums? or how should I contact who??
Please post here if you find a solution.
As stated several times, this is a "user forum" not a Support forum. Users helping users and on a select few occasions avid steps in but I will forward this to Bruce and see what he does.

I feel your pain so you know and I do care and will try to help ya'll

Yea, so I've been dealing with this same issue for months now and it's very frustrating, seeing, as how I spent hard earned money on this. I hope someone finds a solution to this problem ASAP. We have to get together or something

Hey PKP

Did you get your Mbox 3 Mini to work again or is it still not recognized by the DAW?

Best Regards
Chris

Hi! I plugged my Mbox 3 Mini to my friends MacBook Pro.
It works.....
But here at home with iMac it does not.
What could it be?At system prefs I cannot change sample rate.
It shows package is 1.1.3
but under firmware there is nothing.
Hardware no connected - Not streaming?

Is there some prefs to trash or settings?

YOUR MBOX 3G IS NOT DAMAGED!!! I got the same problem this morning. Plugged into my wife's Laptop and worked just fine. I wonder if system restoration solves that issue... Next thing tro try...
