Default Anyone link 2 Windows machines via MTC?

I spent an afternoon trying to get my old machine(Windows 7/PT 12.4HD) to slave to my new machine(windows 10/PT12.8HD) and never got it to work. I found lots of help info, but all of it only showing this done with 2 Macs and the Mac Midi studio window is slightly different. I want to off-load some VI processing if its possible Both computers are on the same network router and I have MIDI going out from the master machine and into the slave. Master has MTC enabled and slave machine is ready to receive, but will not respond.

Also, Master machine uses an iConnect2 USB>MIDI interface and slave uses Mbox 2 Pro MIDI in.

I'm a little suspect of the iConnect box. Its about the least intuitive MIDI adapter on the planet.....(but my MOTU gave up the ghost with Windows 10)
