Default Pro tools 12 my products download BROKEN!?
Im trying to download pro tools 12.5.2 (Mac) from "my products"

The disk image is not recognized when the download is finished.

I've tried on 3 separate internet connections

What am I doing wrong. Seems like a host problem or broken link.

Welcome to the community.

We swapped out one of the 12.5.2 Mac installers a bit earlier this evening which was included with a Pro Tools Academic product. Can you please reply with the name of the file that's failing?
