I was in the same situation. I contacted them through their support link and after a few email exchanges and providing some ownership verification I had the upgrade in progress and downloading.

It was really pretty quick and painless.

Wasn't so quick and easy for me. Using the support links and emails, I found myself in a loop of directed actions- each of which was ineffective. I finally went through the ordeal of contacting by phone. Eventually, I got through to someone who helped. Be prepared to offer a copy of your sales receipt.

No success here. Unusual case, I have lost the discs, but I have the Activation card and the iLok licences and it is registered in my Avid account.
Spoke to someone on the phone in the UK last week. Follow up email with all details, screenshots of Avid and iLok accounts etc. No word back from AIR.
Of all the aspects of moving to PTHDX11, this is by far the worst.

I think it depends on who you get. The person that responded to my emails was also mentioned by some others as who had helped them. I had owned Strike since it's release, but never got an email. Apparently I had never registered it. Anyways I was able to find the invoice from where I purchased it. I forwarded that to him and was them sent info on how to upgrade. However I don't remember their name and a cursory look through my emails hasn't shown any names. I'll see what I can find.

I had emailed their support when I realized I hadn't gotten my upgrade code. That same day, I got a response - telling me that not all the emails had been sent, and to respond if I didn't get one soon after. This is the same guy that took care of getting me a code when I upgraded PTIEP to AIEP2.

A couple days later, an alternate link was posted here that would prompt an email with the code. I used it, a couple minutes later I got an email with my code.

Then a couple days after that, I received an email (what I suspect was the "original" message) from AIR with the same code.

It seems disjointed, but they took care of me.

We have now got 4 emails from AIR with the same offers and two different codes, 1 code on the first two emails and a different code on the two latter emails. We have already done the upgrade and still recieve emails with the wording " upgrade now for a very good price " type of text so who knows whats up with that. Maybe some of us get other users emails

I hope that this gets sorted out asap

Is it REALLY this hard to implement a system where registered users can check what they have and what needs to be updated? And by update I mean something other than downloading tens of gigabytes of same data we already have!

That last part is what's killing me. I don't have a nice high speed connection. So each 2GB piece takes over an hour. Structure is like 20 pieces. And I've had to download some parts several times as they're corrupt. Come on air. Gives us simple updaters.

Yep. Something like 2.0.x update should not require downloading the whole instrument set again over and over again.

I would somehow understand if it was V2-->V3 upGRADE that makes the library more efficient or bigger/better/faster, but a bugfix update and tens of gigabytes of downloads... OMG !!!

So is it possible to do the upgrade and download ONLY Hybrid 3?

The others are working fine for me, no way I'm going to download 50+ GB of content that I already have! Thanks, and sorry if this has been answered before, couldn't bring myself to trawl through 56 pages of posts...
