Melodyne error - PT10
hi all
I've purchased PT10 from Avid, and downloaded the Mac version from their website along with Melodyne Essential. The code for Melodyne is given on the Third Party Download page on my Avid account - but when i enter the code to use is i get the following error: No License file on Server. reason unknown. parent license not existing. Any help will be appreciated. |

You probably need to create an account with Celemony and register that serial number first. When you have a myCelemony account, there is a place to "Add license".
