File Exchange between M-Powered and 002R LE

I am trying to open a file created on 7.1 M-Powered 1814, on am 002R 7.1 system and the app hangs on restoring audio engine settings. Tried it on two different machines same result. Is this special treatent for me or is this a known issue?
