Anyone help with PSP Plugins re-authorising after reinstall

Hi,


Going through a reinstall and having problems with some of my PSP plugins.


I have ilok auths for Lotary and Mastercomp. they say they are active in ilok app and on my ilok v2 key along with all my other auths. but the plugins just say no auth found.


Ilok app is up to date.


I have re-entered the serial numbers and it asked if i wanted to reactivate the license which it did to my ilok v2 key. still no go.


I've tried downloading the license file from my psp account but that just said an error has occurred when i run it.
