MDW Stereo Link Problem?
I've been experiencing a very strange problem with the 5 band RTAS massenburg eq. Here's how to reproduce it ...
Bring up an instance of the MDW 5 band on a stereo track. Do some equalization. Make the plugin inactive, then make it active again. Check the Left and Right sides of the eq. Left Right I can of course fix it by relinking the left and right channels, but it's very strange that this happens at all. It isn't occurring with the three band version of the plugin. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm using Pro Tools HD 8.0cs3 on a Mac Pro 8 core xeon 2.8 ghz, with Mac OS 10.5.8. Thanks for the help and I hope this helps anyone experiencing this! I didn't catch it at first and all my bass tracks had a lot more low end on the right channel |

Re: MDW Stereo Link Problem?
bump. Is anybody else experiencing this? If you have the MDW, it's worth it to check to make sure the eq is working properly for you.
