Digi oo2 no power

I have a problem where my Digi002 now will not power up.
It was working fine this morning, but by the afternoon Hardware not found message continued coming up.
I read on the forum where it might be a power harness problem, because when I powered it up, I could hear the 3 consecutive ticks. It was suggested to open it up and plug and re/plug the white connectors, I did that, and now it won't even light up.
Prior to starting it this morning the unit had not been turned on for over a year. If I have to have it serviced, where should it be sent........Thanks

I had the exact same problem. I had to call digi and they sent me a new power harness that I replaced myself. It is fairly easy to do and this is a fairly common problem with the 002.

I agree that it is very likely the power harness and DIGI has been very good about replacing them for registered owners regardless of time passed. There are 2 types of 002 owners. Those that have had the problem, and those that WILL have the problem. I had to re-seat the harness in my 002 every 6 months(I considered it a minor studio maintainence issue). If its the mixer version and you are not the registered owner, I have a couple of harnesses available for $30 each.
