HELP! - Purchased PT11 remains 'trial' in iLok
I purchased Pro Tools this March, full version, student verified, everything done. After installing everything I checked the iLok and it says 'Trial/demo'. I thought this would change to something like 'full license' after a month, but it doesn't..
I left it for a couple of months without using it, and today when I'm trying to run the software and it tells me I don't have a license. I looked into the mail titled 'Avid Product Registration: Pro Tools 11.0 for Students Verified' , and found my own FIRST NAME appears in the iLok Account section, instead of the iLok ID i've been using. So I'm wondering, maybe my license had been sent to another person's (who happen to have a same first name and used it to register iLok) account? Please AVID help me! |
