Pro Tools 2018.4 BUGS NOT 1 person here has any suggestions?

Bugs here to report. Anyone have this problem? Ive had Avid tech still cant fix this to my disbelief.

Pro Tools deletes 90 percent of recorded takes in CLIPS folder though all audio files are still in Audio Folder!

Here I need to trim down my session gigs to save on hard drive space, now I can't until this is solved. I've NEVER encountered this problem since I've been a pro tools user.

Also it said during session Memory low need more ram that's a first!

And as I started up a session asking me would like to enable video? When I have NO video ever in this session.

Anyone can you please help?

NOT ONE PERSON HERE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS?
