Export or Bounce to BWF-p?

I've been wrestling with PT10 all morning attempting to export 8 mono tracks to a SINGLE BWF(poly) track. Is this even possible in PT, I keep getting multiple .wavs out?

You must add the correct file suffix. For channel one you must end the file .A1.wav for channel two .A2.wav etc....
It will then show a polywav in the clip list. Then export file as interleaved and you are done.

This is what I'm trying, still no luck... I am able to import them all into Audacity and export it as a bwf properly. I'd like to avoid this since it takes an unnecessary amount of time.

Thats because of the staggered clips!! They all need to have the same length and start position.

... maybe by marking the first and last clip with object tool and consolidating.
That keeps the relevant audio parts in its staggered order.

Try that, but don't forget to add the suffixes.

that's correct, but after adding the suffixes A1, A2, A3 ... to the file and having exported it, if we re-import the resulting file, the suffixes are .L, .C, .R ...
We must then re-edit the suffixes in this file.
