We had a similar problem last week, turned out to be a fuse on the power supply board, the monitor section had also stopped working.

Looks like this is becoming a problem with the Control 24. Mine developed the exact same problem this past Wednesday - no faders and no monitor section but everything else appeared fine. Called Digi and they had me a new power supply on Friday morning. After ripping my console out of it's desk and replacing the power supply it worked fine for a few hours then POW! -Friday night the power supply blew again. Looks like I get to spend tomorrow morning ripping the console out again to ship the whole thing back....

What a total drag! Sorry to hear this.

Maybe you guys shoukd compare serial #'s or ask digi (if they'd tell you) if there was a bad run of components. There's something in there causing this!

Good luck!

Leon

I had only had my c24 four days. Went to lunch, came back, no audio, no faders. Digi had been on vacation all the previous week so it took almost an hour to get someone to answer the phone. They told me of the blown power supply fuse issue and sent me a replacement c24 overnight. So far so good after one week.
