License pro tools on 2nd (working) laptop

Hi all,

Please be gentle!
I am fine with the inner workings of pro tools but have a question regarding running it on a second laptop.
I say second laptop, but in reality, this one is now my new and working laptop.
My previous laptop plus hard drive is no longer with us, god rest it's soul.
I cannot uninstall protools from it now, and i wish to continue using pro tools with my 3rd gen mbox pro device with my new machine.

How can i license this laptop to run pro tools legally and properly?
I have all documentation from 1st install

I'll assume v8 not v9
install on the new machine
connect the mbox
launch
enter the activation code
get to work
